All our lambs are born and raised on our family farm, grazing diverse pastures, allowing them to develop slowly and sustainably.
Ahalf lamb boxshould fit in a freezer drawer and includes 1 leg joint, 1 shoulder joints, 4 packs of chops, 500g of mince and a few other prime cuts including steaks, belly and neck. Unsurprisingly, the whole lamb box is two half boxes.
